Storm Warning Paintball Field Rules & Guidelines 

Safety should be on your mind at all times.

  • Goggles must be worn at all times on All  Playing Fields, Chronograph & Target Range Areas. (Only goggles designed for paintball can be worn).
  • If goggles need to be removed or adjusted for any reason, do so off the field in the staging area.
  • Goggles fogged so bad as to blind the player may not be cleaned on the field, Player should call himself out and request assistance off the playing field.  
  • If goggles fall off or are removed by accident, the player should immediately cover eyes with hands (Do not look for goggles, ever) drop to knees and call for the Referee. No player may deliberately shoot at you. The Ref will stop the game and the Ref will place himself in front of you protecting you. While the ref slips on the goggles, sliding it down over the face displacing the hands.
  • All paintball markers must be chronographed before playing on any of the fields.You may be asked to verify your fps by any field officials at any time. Outdoor Woodsball Fields 280 fps max. Speedball Fields 300 fps max. 
  • Barrel sleeve or plug must be on at all times in the staging area. 
  • All hits that breaks anywhere on Players Body, Tank, Hopper, Gun or Goggles the size of a Quarter, you are eliminated and must leave the playing field. 
  • When hit yell "Hit”. When leaving the field, the marker should be aimed up with barrel sleeve or plug on and clearly visible as you walk off the field with safety on.  
  • Start of each game 1 Horn Blast. End of each Game 2 Horn Blast. And 3 Horn Blast for Emergency. (Everybody put their barrel sleeve or plug on and come off the playing field and wait for the reff to give a clear). 
  • No Shooting within 20 ft, Ask the player to surrender, The surrended player must surrender and no shooting. 
  • No tools on playing fields. 
  • Alcohol and drugs are not permitted either before or during any paintball event. This will not be tolerated. 
  • No foul or abusive language.  
  • Do not engage in any arguments or physical contact of any kind. 
  • Read and obey all signs posted regarding Goggles and Barrel Sleeves or Plugs etc. 
  • Abide by all decisions of the referees and field officials. 
  • Stay within the playing field boundaries at all times while playing paintball games. 
  • It is each player’s responsibility to know the rules. Ignorance of the rules is not accepted grounds for breaking the rules. 
  • Conduct of players – The game is played for fun. Fair and sportsmanship is required.
